We are going to Jamaica to Hedo2. Does anyone have any idea what the process is for checking in for United in relation to Jamaica and the C5. The United checkin say that you need to upload your "destination entry forms"

• The customs and immigration form is mandatory for all visitors to clear immigration in Jamaica.
• The card can only be filled out online and customers are required to display the completed form during check-in and upon arrival.
• Customers who cannot complete the form in advance will still be permitted to travel and will be required to use kiosks in the arrival hall which will delay entry into Jamacia.

We filled out out C5 form online 2 weeks ago. I filled it out again. The only thing that I get is a confirmation email. Am I supposed to upload a screenshot of the confirmation email? What is it that you want so I can get my boarding pass United?

Surely someone has dealt with this before.
