Sorry to be an absolute dumb ass asking this but interested in how this actually works.

Should I be staring at as many slides as possible with the flashing lights and writing?

How long should I be watching each one for?

Best doing this while edging or best to simply stare at the screen.

Is it better to do using another app so there are sounds on or is just the GIF version okay?

Really sorry if this comes across dumb as F but intrigued as I want to go down the hole.
