This is definitely an intense idea, but one I'd love to fulfill at some point down the road. This is not so much a b/c scenario as it is a TPE for the couple.
Essentially, the idea is that I'm a "doctor" who's going to breed a couple together.
For me, the idea is all about earning and taking control of not one but two people. The couple as a unit. Learning about each of their wants. Needs. Taking control in the exam room of each of them. Subjecting them separately to the doctors exam head to toe. Then making them wait and building anticipation for their date night. Then directing them on how to release the tension in the bedroom.
So that's my thing. It's a lot. But it's all about them really giving their bodies to me. Examine them. Learn them and what makes them tick

So for me, I like power and control right. So my ultimate fantasy would be to control a couple for a whole night. Like fully.
I'd start out by taking them out individually. Learning about them. Asking questions.
Then take them each to get an outfit. Id be in the fitting room with them and working with them to try and find the perfect outfit. Maybe Id "accidentally" brush against him in the dressing room and he'd get hard and I'd make him jerk off. Maybe Id brush against her and a finger would slip in.
Then they'd go out to dinner. Id be at the table next door. It would be kind of interesting for each to know that they both went through the same process with me. Had already been naked in front of me.
I'd text them things to talk about. Actions to take. "Touch his arm" or "hold her hand"
Then when they are done, we'd go back to their bedroom and they'd be submissive to me but together. For me it's not about my own pleasure tbh but rather theirs.
