So, my wife is pregnant, and because of that she’s really uncomfortable a lot of the time and also has a very decreased libido. We’ve tried to have sex a few times, but it was very uncomfortable for her.

So, she told me that if I wanted to i could masturbate as long as porn isn’t involved.

But, even though she said it’s OK, I still feel anxious or guilty afterwards in the end. She has offered to “help me out” but with how tired and uncomfortable, or she’s feeling back pain or something like that, I feel bad asking her.

Now all this to say, it hasn’t necessarily stopped me. But I still do feel conflicted, anyone have any thoughts on this?
