The Villainous Rehabilitation Initiative was created to bring an end to the crimes committed by the various villains of Super City, the world's biggest center for super hero activities. The initial testing phases proved promising, low level thugs and crooks were successful reformed, given housing and job opportunities, and have abandoned their former employers for civilian life.

But now the Mayor wants to test the program on a true villain, in an effort to add to the number of heroes in the city and prove the V.R.I. is truly capable of ending the plague of evil.

So a hero was selected to capture, house, and rehabilitate a chooses villain. By any means necessary. But will it work? Will a notorious bad guy be redeemed? Or will the hero make good use of their new power over someone whose civil rights have been selectively revoked, and is now at their mercy?

Hello! I am looking for a rp partner interested in playing this idea out with me in a more long term form. The start is simple. Hero beats villain, removes their gear and/or slaps the power dampener on them. And now that villain is at the mercy of an enemy who can decide how this will go. The hero can be vindictive and use their once rival as a sex toy. Or they could believe in the Initiatives purpose and truly try to redeem their new ward. Or both.
