Why is Gaining Weight This Hard?
Man, who would’ve thought gaining weight could be this frustrating? I tried a "stuffing" recently and ended up completely discouraged by how fast I get full. I tapped out after just a burger and some nuggets.
There has to be a trick to this. What do competitive eaters do to stretch their capacity? Should I just give up on solid food for a bit and switch to heavy liquid calories like shakes and milkshakes to hit my goals? Help a frustrated hard-gainer out.
