As stated in the title, do you guys use your fleshlights by taking the sleeve out and using that, or keeping it in its case and using it like that?

I recently bought my first fleshlight, that being the flight aviator and I love it, however I’m not sure how to clean it properly. I live with my parents so its hard to leave out to air dry, but that is solveable. However when I wash it with warm water it gets inbetween the actual fleshlight and its case? Idk what to do with that, if anyone can please let me know how to properly clean it ty very much!
