Hi all, I have some tabs that are older, from last year. They are starting to get dark spots in them? Can anyone tell me, does that mean they went bad, and now can't be taken? Also, I noticed that one vendor put fresh packs in the container, I would assume that's safe, right?

Hi all, does anyone have experience using NAC and or Black Seed oil while coming off MGM? I'm curious if it's worth giving them a try. Thanks in advance for sharing.
