Hey everyone. After a long time I recently found a partner with whom I'm getting intimate. I'm facing some issues-

- when we start the foreplay and she touches me down there and rub it, I feel like I will come.

- but if I hold her hand off and take some 15-20 mins of time of just plain old foreplay and then let her touch, I don't feel like this

Although, it does sound great but after this it takes a lot of time for me to come. Like even after a long bj and good 15 mins of penetrative sex, I cannot come unless and until I go bit hard/rough and after I have come I feel like I did bit too much and she might get hurt.

I have asked her and she seems fine but still I don't feel good after that.
