I have a smidge of baby weight to loose that won't budge and thinking of getting on the GLP-1 train.. but I'm afraid since it slows gastric emptying it would affect absorption of meds and 7OH / emgem. Is anyone here on both? And experience and what GLP do you take?
I've been thinking of trying the RO.com app... or even just getting it on a peptide website and going from there.. but would love to hear stories. Thinking of zepbound or trying Retatrutide.

I believe they were 16mg-- I dose 5-7.5mg a dose but want to try these. How do they feel? Was thinking of dosing a half tonight or in the next few nights. Do they feel like 8mgs? I just don't wanna get zonked. Do they feel good? I'm used to stimulating and a nice mood boost. Someone fill me in!
