You were around 13 when the divorce happened. It was a long and tedious process, and one that put the family under a large amount of stress at the time. As an only child, you had the choice of siding with one parent or the other, and you decide to side with me. After all, my husband and your father wasn't the nicest man in the world, and when you found out he had been with other women, you pretty much made your stance on the situation quite clear to him and everybody else involved at the time.

It's been awhile since then - you are in college now, and we've gotten closer over the years. I've dated a bit, hell even had a relationship or two since dad left, but mostly stayed single since my dating days are pretty much over for the most part. We helped each other out ever since then, and you've grown into a fine young man. And now that you are off to college, I'm probably gonna be alone again for a little bit.

So I planned us a vacation! We'll have one last hurrah before you head. It's a week of fun!

As you can tell, I'm looking somebody to do a romantic mom/son long term RP with! I'm mainly looking for people who can bring a slow burn to the process - none of this "Day 1 and we are fucking" kind of thing, I like the build up, the slow tension. Hell, maybe we aren't even fucking by the end of the vacation! It could go many ways.

Hey there! I come to you today with a variety of prompts for one of my favourite pairings of all time - mom/son! These are mostly random ideas I've thought of before but for whatever reason haven't put until full prompt form yet. But hopefully here they can have a life of their own as well as give you an idea of the kind of stories I like! Who knows, maybe we can mix and match and figure something out together that's completely brand new - I'm always down for new ideas! Also all of my old prompts are still available as well!

Prompt #1 - The Mock Date

This is a pretty simple one, and can definitely go in a lot of directions. Mom is struggling with the current divorce from your father, who she caught cheating red handed. Her ex-husband put her through hell in the courts, and while she came out relatively well it was still rough emotionally for her. The one thing through it all has been you, who took her side during the proceedings and stepped up to take care of the house as well as her.

But now things have changed. She wants to start dating again, but doesn't feel ready. She asks you to help her get ready by going for a "mock date" where she can see if she has what it takes to date again.

Prompt #2 - Back to the Past

I'm basing this one off of Back to the Future to an extent. After a freak accident, you find yourself stuck in the past. You quickly learn that you have a week to return back to your time or you won't be able to due to time shenanigans, and that the time you have return to is when your mom is still in college. With no knowledge that she will have you in the future, you are just any other college age'd student to her.

You also know this is where she met your dad, and because of that things are about to get complicated. Really, really complicated.

Prompt #3 - Making a Series of Sex Tapes

We initially thought the ad was a joke. A mom/son pairing for an adult video? Get real, nobody would be allowing that. But turns out, as it was, there were people definitely wanting that, and after you got laid off from your job you've been looking for new work. Money is fine at the moment thanks to savings, but that will run out eventually.

This prompt focuses on a mom/son pair who decide to start recording a series of tapes, some with sex and some not, charting their relationship as it develops.

It started as just a normal night, or at least as normal as it could be. I had gotten home from work late as per expected, as my hours were getting more and more funky recently and I had very little time for myself anymore. I was lucky that, despite being a single mom, you were independent and out of the house most of the time now, and with your college degree taking up your free time I guess I had no real right to complain.

So colour me surprised when I saw you home - an oddity on a Friday night, of all things. I was confused, first and foremost, but also delighted to see you here and not at 1AM when you finally decide to head home from wherever you decided to be that night. I give you a smile, and you give me an equally big one back.

"Why so early?" I say with a chuckle.

"Friend got sick and cancelled on me," you respond, "So I guess I'm stuck with you tonight. Sorry about that."

Of course, your apology is not needed here, but we carry on anyways. We decide to spend the night watching a movie and just relaxing, actually having time to be mother and son again. Only... this time feels different.

You were more confident. You were no longer the same awkward kid you were in high school. The energy you radiated now felt older, more mature, and calmer, while at the same time having that same youthful spark that you've always had. It was reassuring, alluring, and intoxicating, no matter how much I didn't want it to be.

I cuddled you throughout the movie, something you tolerated me doing by cuddling back to my surprise. As the night continued, and the movie came to an end, I decided it was time to head to sleep. Giving you a hug, I made sure to make it as tight and long as possible, as I hadn't had one from you like this is quite awhile.

And then it... just happened.

We kissed. Right there. It was long, soft, and sensual, and definitely not a familial kiss meant to be shared among mothers and sons. After the kids, there was an awkward pause, and we quickly said good night to each other.

The next morning came and we didn't speak of it again.

That was about a month ago now.

I can't stop thinking about it.

I really wanna focus on the romance angle here, while also delving into the side of it also being taboo - slow burn is the name of the game here. It can also be as light and airy or as serious as you guys want it to be - I'm fine with either or for this one.

I would also like to establish our characters extensively before we start!
