Anyone any experience of the difference in ring sizes between the cobra and holy trainer? If you changed, did you get the same size ring? Don’t know what to do for the best

I’m currently in a cobra 24/7 and we also want to purchase a holy trainer. Could do with some advice on the difference in ring sizes. Should we get the holy trainer ring that is almost the same size as my current cobra one that is the perfect fit and size?
