has anyone taken valium for flying? for me it’s sensations because of my vestibular issues and im neurodivergent. I tried it at home, took 1mg then 2 then 5. felt like it didn’t do much but I felt a little tipsy. about 20 mins after taking I felt a bit warm and like a bit slowed down. i want to know if it will calm my anxiety to point I won’t panic and lose my shit when boarding 😓
