So I (M36) own this BPO and have around 90 people working for me. I have generally kept my distance from female employees and maintained a very professional relation.
This Gen Z girl joined 10 days ago and man, she is driving me crazy. Other employees tend to shy away from me because of me being their boss or something but She greets me with that look, very cheerful, shakehands. Complemented me for my perfume in the lift one day. I dont know what to do, its not that im not into women younger than me, but I have always kept work as work and not indulge at workplace.
