FR for Ms Ella @ Eros
I had an appointment with Ella (2nd time) at Eros Spa last night and left feeling completely renewed. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming — soft lighting and a genuinely welcoming vibe.
Ella was wonderful. She took the time to ask about problem areas and tailored the session exactly to what my body needed. Her technique was skilled and intuitive — firm where I needed the pressure, gentle where I needed to relax. By the end I felt the tension melt right out of my shoulders and back.
What really stood out was how attentive and professional she was throughout. She checked in to make sure the pressure was right and made me feel comfortable the entire time. The whole experience felt unhurried and restorative.
I walked out feeling lighter, looser, and far more relaxed than when I arrived.
