I’m going to a festival and plan to Roll two of the three days (Yes, I know, but I’m away with my wife without children for the first time in years)

I have done MDMA a few times, and not in the last three months.

I keep reading about people taking supplements to enhance the experience in the lead up to rolling. What works best? And how long before?
