Been using double my script dose to work late hours. I have an exam in two weeks and I'm super behind.

I have 135 mgs of DEXTROAMPHETAMINE in 5 mg tablets, how should use this in the best way possible?

Should i take a week break? then use the rest during the last week?

Or should i just use low doses daily ? Maybe 4 days on 3 days off

Should i use DXM or something else to reduce tolerance ?

I have Phenibut(i use it for stressful settings about once per week) and Phenylpiracetam on hand. How could I use those in a calculated manner?

Any tips or thoughts are greatly appreciated.
