Current GM at club hounds for tips, verbally abusive and creates hostile work environment with his aggressiveness because he’s not getting tipped, even though he is it’s just not enough to him. Very hot headed manager with anger issues that takes it out on employees and dancers. Everyone knows it and writes it off as “that’s just how he is he can get hot headed sometimes”. Tried to fire me because I “talked back to him” and “I don’t follow the rules” which translates into you don’t tip me on top of your guys tipping for vip and im going to keep harassing you because I want tips. I don’t care about being fired, I quit at the same time. It’s not even my main club. I was actually contracted because the other manager wanted me to work there and I originally said no multiple times. We ended up making an agreement, which mainly benefited them because I bring the club new customers that spend good money.
This would also classify as wrongful termination or retaliation as well because it is illegal to hound for tips and then create an aggressive hostile environment and then terminate contract over not liking me because “ I don’t tip”.
The ego. Cry’s about me being mean to him ( 🤣) I deal directly with the other manager not him so I don’t give him his attention. You know how these men are. Little booty hurt. Plus when he gets smart with me I hand him the same energy right back and then he calls me mean.
No manager ever comes to me directly first with any issues , I have to hear it through the grapevine which is just so odd. It’s like they sit in the office with the waitress and talk about me and then she comes and tells me whatever and that’s how I hear there’s some random issue. Very very weird.
He Claims “ you’re so mean” when I barely speak to him. I definitely started completely avoiding him after my first conversation with him where he yelled about not getting tipped after I came in as a customer with a group of guys that bought 3 bottles and got thousands in singles for the girls but we didn’t do vip so he wasn’t tipped but I wasn’t working. He can’t do his job and blows up on people ( and me) when he lacks to enforce rules and gets excessively mad if people don’t follow them when 9 times out of 10 the person doesn’t even know the “rule” because it was never made aware or enforced, and or it’s just so minuscule there’s no need for the extra psychotic behavior he inflicts.
It really all boils down to him saying that and I quote “ she doesn’t tip enough to be acting like that”. Apparently I have an attitude 😂 Management gets tipped anywhere from $2-300 on all my vips. Sometimes more if we do multiple hours. I’m also a clean dancer and they don’t like that because they can’t blackmail me into tipping. It’s like they want the girls to do extras and fuck up so they can tell them they have to tip to not get fired. They let the girls do anything in those VIPs but im breaking a rule by not paying a $20 cap account fee before my shift because I didn’t know about it so I paid after ?? Huhhh? This girl offered a customer anal for $500 when he’s the type to pay for conversation .. the other manager lets girls who don’t work there poach customers out of the men’s bathroom and VIPs, heard a story that this guy came on girls face she allowed it, but im breaking rules ? Where ? How?
Why am I tipping out of my pocket when I bring new customers and regulars of mine that do VIPs, buy 1-5 bottles and not cheap ones, spend on girls, tip waitress over $500 all that. I don’t need your club you asked ME to work here. It was agreed upon and talked about many times over that I don’t need to tip extra if my guy tips on the vip. I’m told that just to be met with the aggressive retaliatory behavior from “not tipping”. I do tip the dj and door girl and floorhost if he walks me to car and I know im tipping more than most girls. We don’t have house mom. I have tipped them out of my pocket though before when management has helped me out, done me a favor or ran more money whatever. I only tip when you do something to get tipped for. I’m not just handing out free money for you to get off my ass when my customers just gave you money. You should be kissing my ass really because I’m bringing you customers into the club, you should be nice to me.
Other manager constantly flirts with me and ask me out, this more recent time I said idt I can go to dinner with a man that ask me for money at work 🤣
They don’t have the power over me that they want. I am a top earner at my home club and idk about this club compared to other girls but I do believe I am still up there because every time I come in im bringing in thousands for the club in bottle sales, funny money fees to the club, management tips on funny money, waitresses tips and $$$$ for me. So. I’m just not there a lot.
I swear men these days are getting very jealous of women and if you are a woman that won’t kiss a man’s ass because you don’t need to , sheeesh
Men these days are also bigger hoes than the real hoes 🤣 wanting a $1000 tip for pressing some buttons. They make more money off women’s backs than the women do and it’s still not enough. SMH.
Anyways im just so tired of these guys. They are so annoying.
