Be careful with Tramadol—it can actually cause seizures
Seriously, I also thought there was little chance it would cause me to have a seizure, but yes, I did have a seizure from Tramadol on Sunday.
I had started taking Tramadol before Friday—from Saturday into Sunday—and I took about 500 mg of Tramadol in 24 hours. The worst part is that I would crush the pills so they’d kick in faster.
On Sunday morning, I took the Tramadol with 450 mg of Pregabalin; around 1:00 p.m. was when the seizure hit—it was a full-blown seizure, about three minutes where I was on the floor convulsing. I had to go to the hospital because I was still high and afraid of having another seizure.
I had to stay hospitalized there, pay for tests—$3,000—for a shitty high that wasn’t worth it.
Anyway, just be careful and stay away from that stuff; it’s not worth it, believe me.
To top it all off, that idiot doctor doesn't believe me that it was because of the Tramadol, and now he wants to prescribe me anticonvulsants—and if they were benzos, that would be fine, but no,
