So i know this isnt technically opiates but i feel like this community could have the most educated discussion.

Fentanyl and it analogues did so well due to no natural stuff being needed for production and much cheaper. Why dont you think synthetic stimulants like hexen replaced cocaine as they dont require any cocoa plants?

I wonder if it has to do with the withdrawl factor of opiates.
