So I bought a love honey rose about 3 months ago and i think it's broken, i charge it and the light blinks like it should but the charging never ends and when I try it it works for about 3 seconds before shutting off.

It's like 3 months old so the battery shouldn't have a problem i'm not sure what to do :( i'm thinking maybe the charger has a problem that makes the charging extremely slow? Maybe i stepped on it?

Did anyone ever have this problem? How did you fix it?
