Hi,

I’m a 27yo Side (Sometimes Bottom) looking to go to my first Sauna, I’m based in Nottingham, after doing a bit of Reddit research I’ve come to the conclusion that Darlaston Greenhouse is the closest/best option for me, however if anyone knows a better place that is around a similar distance please let me know!

I guess my question is what day/time is busiest? I know it’s an older crowd that go to saunas but is there a time that people around my age tend to go?
