I have never used a strap on before but I want to get one to use on my girlfriend.

I know about the regular straps but I was thinking about the internal one because I want to have something in me as well but I don’t know how good they work. Are they just as good as regular strap ons or are they more prone to falling out? Also is there any brands that are better than others when it comes to the internal one? I don’t know if I want a vibrating one or not so that’s more up to me in the end
