Hi ❤️ I’m 1 day post op and I just wanted to share a tip for when making icepacks - maybe everybody does this haha but anyways!

1. Put water in a ziplock bag (or similar)
2. Close it tightly
3. Put the bag in a sock
4. Put it in the freezer

To me, the shape of the icepack is perfect for the area and it keeps cold for a long time.
