I'm looking to do an extreme weight gain RP, and I have a few ideas that could work for a plot. so here they are!
When Feeders Meet
The story follows two feeders who go on blind dates with various people. Everyone they date ends up gaining ten times their weight, transforming from slim and fit individuals into massive piles of fat who struggle to walk.
Everything is going great—until these two obesity enthusiasts meet and start dating each other. The pounds start piling on fast. Will they compete to see who becomes the true feeder in the relationship, or will they both indulge in their fattening new life? Let’s find out!
A Softer, Fatter Reality
A massive, wobbling man builds a machine to travel through time, but instead of landing in the past or future, he finds himself in a world that seems… strangely padded.
Looking out the window, he sees the streets overflowing with enormous, overfed women, their gargantuan bodies sagging under their own weight as they waddle, struggle, and gorge themselves on endless food. He quickly realizes he’s in an alternate reality where extreme obesity is the norm—and he’s the only man around.
(If you're up for this idea, you could play as a GM, controlling a cast of insatiable, blubbery women—OCs, fandom characters, or a mix of both! Or you could focus on one massively obese guide to help our protagonist navigate this world of bottomless gluttony and heavy curves.)
Fat University
A super-sized student is sent to a prestigious university in a part of the world where morbidly obese women reign supreme. It’s supposed to be an all-girls school, but his wealthy parents bribed their way in.
The halls are built like airport terminals, the classroom chairs are oversized couches, and students earn enormous food rewards for good grades. The top students are absolutely massive, their desks barely able to contain their sprawling stomachs, their bodies practically welded to their reinforced seats.
Can he survive in a world where immense weight means power? Will he stay small and weak, or will he embrace the excess and swell into one of the school’s most dominant, overfed titans?
Resident Evil: Blob Virus
This one’s open-ended, and we can flesh out the fattening details together! The concept follows Resident Evil characters dealing with a horrifying new virus—one that doesn’t kill, but instead transforms its victims into gargantuan, insatiable blobs of fat.
The infected become towering mounds of soft, oozing blubber, their bodies spreading out of control, their appetites insatiable. The further they grow, the harder it is to move, fight, or escape.
The mission? Find a cure before the heroes swell so large they can’t even squeeze through doorways
Dungeons & Fatties
A fearless knight stands ready to face the wicked sorcerer Malignon, the villain whose dark magic has plagued the land. Armed with her sword and unwavering determination, she storms his fortress, prepared to bring an end to his evil once and for all.
But Malignon has no intention of facing her in battle. Instead, he has devised a far more devious plan—one that doesn’t require brute force, only magic and hunger. He will curse her with endless indulgence, ensuring that with every bite, every moment, she grows softer, heavier, and more helpless.

DC: Crisis of Infinite Hunger
This is inspired by a story I read recently where DC heroes are infected with a virus that turns them into ravenous gluttons, growing fatter and fatter.
I feel like we could have a lot of fun with this concept, using one or multiple characters.
