Looking for a Friendly Companion or Activity Partner?
Life is better with connection, support, and shared experiences. I offer platonic companionship services for individuals of all ages who may want company, encouragement, conversation, or someone to participate in activities with.
Services can include:
• Body doubling and accountability support for neurodivergent individuals (ADHD, autism, executive dysfunction, anxiety, etc.)
• Quiet company while working, studying, cleaning, organizing, or completing daily tasks
• Meal companionship — sharing lunch, dinner, coffee, or conversation
• Playing board games, card games, puzzles, or video games
• Reading together, crafting, walks, hobbies, or creative projects
• Friendly visits and social interaction for elderly individuals
• Accompanying seniors during meals, activities, or recreational outings
• Technology help and patient assistance with phones, tablets, or computers
• Running errands together or accompanying clients to appointments (non-medical support only)
• Emotional support through conversation and consistent companionship
• Encouragement for individuals experiencing loneliness, social anxiety, burnout, or isolation
Examples of people who may benefit:
• Neurodivergent adults who work better with another person present
• Seniors wanting regular social interaction and games
• Busy professionals needing accountability support
• Individuals recovering from burnout or major life transitions
• College students wanting study companionship
• Disabled individuals seeking social connection and activity support

I provide:

• Flexible scheduling
• In-person or virtual sessions (depending on location)
• A calm, patient, supportive environment
• Confidentiality and professionalism
This is NOT therapy, medical care, or dating services — simply human connection, encouragement, and shared activities.
If you or someone you know could benefit from a compassionate activity partner or companion, feel free to reach out to discuss needs, interests, scheduling, and availability.
