59 [M4F] How about something fresh and captivating?
I guess things were easier when I was younger. Fewer worries about adult things like having a career and health insurance, or worrying about how I was going to pay a mortgage or figure out college tuition for my kids.
And relationships sure were easier to find and more carefree, with far fewer complications. I could meet people and start up something fairly easily. Ah, youth!
Of course, life got in the way of all that. I got older, got married, had kids, blah blah blah. I'm not saying that I wish it had never happened, but part of me really misses the fun and excitement of meeting someone new and just getting wrapped up in a fun new relationship. Not just the sex but the whole deal: being able to share interests, have great conversations, get inside each other's heads.
It might sound ridiculous, but I'm seeking an echo of that feeling, or at least the best version I can find at this late date. A relationship that's fresh and captivating.
