In my experience, a new FL would last a very long time before the outside would get sticky and needed to be renewed with powder. After a while, it would drop to several uses between needing it. Now I have one that doesn't even last a single session. It is like the material just wont absorb the powder anymore; it immediately rinses right off with water or lube. The sleeve is only about a year old.

Following recommended cleaning instructions, and tried cleaning with alcohol to remove any other oils before powdering. Using standard corn starch from the store.

Any suggestions?
