I used to spend way more time on porn than I wanted to admit.
For a long time I told myself it wasn’t a big deal, but eventually I started noticing it was messing with my focus, motivation, and how I felt day to day.
Quitting wasn’t easy, and honestly, just “trying harder” never worked for me.
What actually helped was:
- having some kind of structure instead of guessing every day
- not doing it alone (even just a few people made a difference)
- tracking progress so I could catch myself before going back to old habits
I know this isn’t something everyone here wants to change, and that’s completely fine.
But if you’re someone who does feel stuck with it and wants to get it under control, I’m happy to share what worked for me.
I also run a small private group for people working on this, but no pressure at all — I know that’s not for everyone.
