My friends pointed out that every time they see me while I’m on a binge or if I pulled an all nighter off stims, one of my eyes is noticeably more open than the other. And when I pull an all nighter without stims, I look normal???

I’m off 50mg adderall XR. But i don’t rlly feel it that much cuz it’s a different color and for some reason it SUCKS now. I catch myself grinding my teeth and swallowing my spit which scrapes the fuck outta my tongue.
When I took 210mg vyvanse (equivalent to 70mg adderall) I did the same thing and I could barely eat for days.
Plz help 🫠
EDIT: anything other than magnesium. I don’t have any supplements and the thought of food makes me nauseous. So anything but that
