Soft clamping

I can seem to hard clamping right

So instead I’m going to soft clamp, every other day for 3 sets of 10 minutes. I say m9ter say to someone that it’s the least effective form of clamping, but as long as your hitting expansion goal then it should work right?

What expansion percentage am I meant to achieve? Am I meant to measure expansion whilst clamped? How feasible do you think getting 0.2” of girth is in 3 to 6 months with the routine I plan to do?

I’ve been doing the Hink trial for 2 weeks now and I’ve noticed after 48 hours since my last session my girth is 4.3125” where as before PE it was 4.1875”. Is it likely this bump in girth is due to the 5mg of cialis im taking daily? If it is because of the cialis then is it acceptable to say I could reach 4.3125” girth naturally without cialis if I quit nicotine and got in shape? I’m currently 29 years old, 5 foot 11 and 205lbs.

Would measuring 24 hours after your last PE excercise tell you accurate gains for length/girth?

I’m imagining any distortion from routine would be gone by then right?

I have been doing the Hink trial routine for 2 weeks. I do 1x20 minute set of stretching with the male hanger and then pumping for 2/3 sets of 7 minutes each set. In the first week I pumped up to 5inhg but in the second week I’ve been able to reach 8inhg.

I keep reading people say you need to slowly work up to the 8 to 10 inhg range but Hinks trial course (which was for complete beginners) advised we should be pumping to 8 to 10 inhg (if you can) straight away. So what should I be listening to?

My main goal in girth btw
