For me 2 things have changed which I really love:

- my glans is now wider and less pointy

- when hard, my foreskin is no longer fully covering my glans

Both things are purely esthetic.

I am really happy with this result of my mod.

2L saline yesterday evening. I wish I had more so I could add 1L today

Unfortunately I had only 2L left 😢
