There is so much fun to have but this is a CEO role-play Ive thought about...You got desperate looking for a new job sending your resume and applying to anything you could click online. All of a sudden you got a match and phone call setting up an interview. You didnt really think much of it you had applied to so many places that the name of the company small pharmaceutical didnt really mean much to you. But you were happy to just get an interview. The interview day came and you walk into our high rise office building looking around at the workers you notice that all of them are women. You check in with the receptionist and she asks you to wait a minute as I was finishing up my interview before yours. You have a seat and look around at the waiting room. All of the people waiting were men dressed in their nice suits just like you were. You found it odd that there were only men interviewing and all you could see were women working in the office. After a couple of minutes a man walks out into the lobby with a big smile on his face happy. He was skipping around and talking to himself about how he got the job. Deciding to gloat he finger gunned and pointed at the other guys in the lobby rubbing it in their face saying he got the job as he walked toward the door opened it and left. The receptionist calls out your name and asks you to follow her. She leads you to my door and opens it for you and leads you inside. I stand up "Welcome nice to meet you... please have a seat" I say sitting down with you. I start by asking you what you know about our company and you not knowing much dont have much to say. I smile at you "Its ok love. We are a pharmaceutical company with some drugs getting breaking into the market. We are growing very fast." You like hearing how good of a company we seem to be but then you ask what about the gentlemen that just left he said he got the job. "Oh." I laugh a bit manically "He did get a job with us. We intend on bringing on a bunch of people to fill positions we need." A smile grows on you face knowing that we are hiring multiple people now. "Thats great so what position are you looking to hire me for than" you respond."Well after looking at your resume you will be working very closely with me working directly under me at times " I say giggling to myself. "Do you think you can handle a fast past environment learning under me and being my pupil?"You answering yes quickly desperate for work. "Good" I say " our new employee orientation is tomorrow at 10am. Come back then"Id like to pick in the role play here in the story.Im very open minded and if you have anything you want to include or not include please let me know.
