2023 to 2026

I took a break from stretching for almost a year and only recently started using the pump. I also gained a little weight between these two photos. I apologize for the quality of the first photo, which wasn't exactly ideal, but it's the best I could get. Both are when flacid. I feel like I haven't changed much, is that the case or do you see a difference? I'm trying to understand myself better, etc., any feedback is welcome, don't hesitate!

I'd like to discuss your routines (and mine)

I wanted to share my routine with you to see a little bit how it was going for you and if you had an opinion on mine (if I do too much/not enough/not in the right way etc), I am curious for those who will be comfortable sharing it to know the routines that you have.

I did some research on the sub and saw that you guys do rather short cycles, like 2 minutes of pumping, 1 minute of rest, etc. That's not the case for me.

I do two 10-minute pumping sessions when I'm erect, with 2 minutes of massage in between. Or, more rarely, four 5-minute sessions. I pump almost every day, but I force myself to take rest days because I know my body needs it, even if I don't feel it. After pumping, I do stretching, several stretches of 30 to 45 seconds each, usually 5 on each side.

Then I massage again and apply the cream that my gynecologist prescribed because it's for moisturizing intimate areas.
