I'm completely new to in-person SW, so I'm doing as much research as I can, especially regarding screening. That is the part I am stuck on the most.
I've read other posts and so far and I know to check ID, full name, and current employment and also run a background check. I know a lot of SW's screening processes are different, but I'm just trying to make sure I don't fuck that up since that's the most important thing and so that I don't run into LE. I thought about including reference check, but not sure how that would go considering the fact that I'm a newbie.
I guess my question is what is a good screening process when you are starting out? Thanks.
