Hey everyone

I’m struggling with my Adderall tolerance. I’m prescribed it, and my rx is for 60mg a day. I’m at like 150mg. I need to get this down without being a lazy, tired and miserable person- if such thing exists. For context,

I am 6’3 male.
200 pounds
Prescribed Klonopin as well

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I’m willing to try supplements, exercise mode, etc- I am focusing on a short term fix as well though. Thank you!
