I just completed my longest lockup of 111 hours, but had to unlock because there is redness and irritation to the right and left of the shaft on the top of the scrotum. The bottom of the ring there is no burning and I can usually wear for a couple days without discomfort aside from the issue noted above.

I am using a kink3d cobra. The ring size bigger from what I am wearing is too loose and I slip out. I don’t use a belt and would prefer not to.

Would switching to metal help with this at all? Any other suggestions?
