[A4A] Realistic situations with humiliation, male chauvinism, and 1980s-2000s body shaming

I am interested in playing a detailed, nuanced story set in the 1980s-2000s, featuring the kinds of male chauvinism that were usual at that time, including body shaming of girls who are objectively quite attractive, but didn't perfectly fit the body standards of that time.

I can write the female or the male side of the story, depending on my partner's preferences, as long as they can write realistically and with nuance the other side.

Either way, in general, for a story like this to work best, the female character should have some deeply internalized male chauvinism through exposure to media, magazines of the time, so she's more likely to put up with humiliations in a realistic way, and she should already be quite insecure about her body by the moment the roleplay starts, so the humiliation and body shaming hits deeper and hurts her seriously.

I am interested in this setting because I lived through that time, and male chauvinism and body shaming of women has always been a type of humiliation I consider "natural" in the sense of "real-life-like", even through the 2010s when the cultural context changed. Since increasingly more players here only know that period indirectly, and sometimes have views of that time that seem to be warped by layers of retelling, I will point out that what I mean by the body standards of the time is that "hot" for a woman, in most contexts, was defined as being both very skinny (thin long legs, perky but very small ass, not so much emphasis on tiny waist as today though) and having very large, impractically firm, round breasts. Tit-to-ass ratio (ass or lower body in general) was often used as a measure of hotness, since it combined both things (although the word ratio would only be used by nerds, but the concept was relevant, no matter how it was verbalized). Since the meaning of words like big or small vary across different generations, I have a gallery of media that younger roleplayers can look at if they wanna get a visual reference of what media pushed at that time. In any case, the female character, despite being cute and even hot by standards of a different time (she wouldn't know that), may not perfectly fit one of these two requirements, or her tit-to-ass ratio wasn't good enough.

That would lead to she being labelled as second-grade or something along that line, which is humiliating on its own. The degree to which the male character may internally agree with that judgement can vary across different stories, and sometimes if there are different male characters, there can be different attitudes to it. Even in cases where the male character finds her attractive despite not fitting what's defined as hot around them, he'll be aware of her weakness and use it to hurt her and have an extra weapon to use on her.

In some cases, she could get a worse deal of some sort as a consequence of being labelled as second-grade or not-hot-enough, which makes it even worse, since it will be constantly present in her mind that it's because she's not good enough.

One example is if she works in some kind of entertainment media such as a TV show, or as a booth babe (promotional model), or anything where she's expected to serve as arm candy. By being told she's not hot enough (common at that time in these environments), she may be told she's only good enough for another role that happens to be harder or more humiliating in some way. In some cases the worse role can be as sexualized or even more, if she's put in a region where she's second-grade but still "fuckable", because in that range she can still be objectified but she needs to somehow "make up for" she being second-rate. There's a lot of possible details that can be explored here.

Another type of story would be a personal context, where for instance she has a crush on a guy, the guy knows she's insecure about her body, and uses it to "neg" her, making her feel that if she wants him to invest time on her as opposed to a hotter girl, she'll have to do things the hotter girl won't do, such as making a bigger effort, putting up with humiliation, etc. Again, there are many options here. I do like real-life-like realistic logic though. BDSM/porn surrealistic logic doesn't work with me, unless it's embedded (that means that bdsm/porn is used by male characters in the story as an excuse to hurt/exploit the female character, the way it can be done in real life).

[F4M] Girl humiliated as a look-alike character is hurt in sexualized ways in a videogame

You may be interested in this story if you like the following themes:

  • Violence on virtual female videogame characters (for instance the ryona genre).
  • Sexualization of female videogame characters in general (for instance, slutty attires).
  • Humiliation and psychological discomfort of a "real" female character (real inside our story, so not a character in a videogame) as she has to play a videogame where a character that is physically identical to her is put in a highly slutty attire, and is brutally beaten in a way that the attire is partially or totally destroyed, and overall there are clear connotations of sexual violence.
  • Roleplaying stories that are realistic, detailed, nuanced, and have a psychological layer.
  • (Optional) Actual physical violence against the female character (inside our story, outside the videogame).

The idea I have for this story is the following. It's not complete, and I am open to changes or additions.

My character is a young woman in the 18-26 range. She's not into videogames, or maybe she is into some but not the violent types. For some reason, she's in a situation where she has to play a certain videogame with a guy or a small group of guys. The reasons can be many, and will give different flavours to the story. Maybe she has a crush on a guy and she feels she has to show she's fun. Maybe there's some kind of power imbalance between them. Could be that she's a student with very limited means, she couldn't afford any place to rent near her college, a guy is renting her a room for an affordable price, or maybe she has a scholarship and she's allowed to live in a dorm that otherwise she couldn't afford, but if someone made up a complaint about anything, even made up, she'd be in a very bad situation. It just needs to be a plot device that creates a large power imbalance, but I like it to be well defined by the time we start the rp, in case it comes up during the roleplay. The result should be that she has to play along and not in a grumpy way: she should have pressure to pretend to be "fun" and a "good sport" about things. That will make the humiliation worse.

The videogame the guy or guys wanna play may be some kind of game clearly aimed at guys who like ryonas (fight or action games where a scantily clad young female character is brutally beaten or killed, usually with thinly veiled sexual vibes). The graphics of the game are hyperdetailed and hyperrealistic (imagine tech 10 years ahead from now). On top of that, they may have downloaded an unofficial mod that allows attires to get damaged causing partial or even full nudity. Maybe some unofficial attacks are added too, including straight-up forced intercourse, with genitals or objects.

I am fine with some over-the-topness and lack of realism with some types of ryona (as it's often the case in games like these) but I don't want it to be too unrealistic. The basic physics should look kinda believable.

The producers of the original game have added an extra twist. By taking a few pictures of a person in different angles, it can produce an avatar that looks exactly like that person. In order to model the body accurately enough, it needs the pictures to be taken in underwear (it could make up the few details under that, or maybe it's configurable with the unofficial mod). The guy/guys have already played the game and scanned themselves before, but she hasn't, and she'll be pressured to take these pics on the spot (the console may have a camera, like that old Playstation that had one), which entails getting down to her underwear and let the machine scan her body from different angles. That would already be a step that adds humiliation and power imbalance, especially if the guy(s) find some excuse for her just to remain like that afterwards.

Since the videogame is obviously made for guys to enjoy the violent visuals, it could also have logic that further gives the guy(s) and advantage and adds to the power imbalance. For instance, female avatars could be inherently weaker just by virtue of being female. The guy(s) could argue that it's just biological realism (ignoring that the game chooses not to be realistic in other aspects that increase sexualization), but in practice they'd know it's done so the female avatars are basically preys in the game, easy to beat, since the actual point is the sexualized sadism. Besides causing the female avatars to always meet the bad ends when facing a male avatar, it'd also mean that their attire gets more damaged as part of the overall beatings, so even if the male players also scanned their looks into the game, it's only the female avatars that get their attires partially or totally destroyed. That would lead to a kind of vicarious CMNF within the game that would also add embarrassment to the female player and and power imbalance between the players.

Some interesting elements in the story could be how the guys comment her body, both on-screen but sometimes also out-of-the-game (basically rating it like meat with increasing degrees of bluntness), make sexist jokes (that she'd be pressured to laugh along to look "fun"), glee on her avatar's suffering of violence (which would be psychologically violent for her while she watches it and "suffers" it while she plays her own body in the game), and other things that we can come up with.

Another element we could introduce is that the guys force some kind of betting/earning/punishing system outside the game, based on the game results. So if she loses, she has to do dares or tasks or something like that. Of course, she wouldn't want this, but like with playing the game, she'd feel the pressure to accept. Then the guys can exploit this to further use her defeats in the game to make her do things outside the game that are increasingly pushing her limits, increasingly hard and humiliating. How far this reaches, it's up to your preferences. Could start by serving them food or doing humiliating tasks, maybe at some point lose clothes outside the game, and eventually, once she's morally very broken, they could use her sexually (but I prefer if that happens after a good progression of humiliation, CMNF, etc, not too early).

If you'd like them to end up using violence on her outside the game, it could be possible that at some point they extend the game under the logic of replicating some of the game violence out-of-the-game when she loses a game. The in-game violence can be pretty brutal, leading to the constant death of her avatar in gruesome ways. How bad the outside-game violence could be, is up to your preferences. It could be eventually be made to be quite bad too, if the circumstances allow the perpetrator(s) feel immune to consequences (well-connected families, etc). But it's eventually up to your preferences and in which ways you'd like my character to suffer out-of-the-game. It's fine with me if you want to keep the out-game violence mostly psychological.

I would like to roleplay a story where my character has no other option than agreeing to be snuffed on video in order to make enough money to save a family member. Before the actual snuff movie is shot, she has to participate in a humiliating negotiation where the way she will be tortured and killed will be decided.

I like realism, so there won’t be anything like she enjoying her demise or stuff like that.

The story is set in a near future (no scifi) where very laissez-faire legislation has been recently introduced. Euthanasia is fully legal and in general the range of things one can contractually agree on has been extended. This would allow some predatory companies to create new kinds of business.

My character is a young woman who has a family member with a serious illness that requires an expensive operation and medication to survive. $200,000 that are completely out of her reach. This company would find her and give her a deal: after a confidentiality agreement, she accepts participating in a movie where she will be tortured and killed, which will be very profitable given that the buyers are wealthy men. In return, $200,000 would be given to her family, which would be peanuts compared to the profit anyway.

I just want to emphasize that this would not be a casual-snuff or casual-anything world. The perception of things would be pretty much like today, just perhaps with even more widespread corruption and a larger wealth gap. At the time of the story, people at large would not be aware of how some would be using these new laws (some people may be warning about it but they would be shut off by corrupt media and they would be ignored). There would be a confidentiality agreement. However, everything this company would be doing with her would be fully legal (although it may be the first, or at most one of the first few times they do it). At the same time, the level of shock, taboo, etc. about the concept of snuff are pretty much like in our real world.

My character is a good, empathetic person who has always felt that the morally right thing to do is to be altruistic and sacrifice oneself for people she loves. The family member may be a sibling who, unlike her, has already formed a family, which may reinforce her feeling that she’s the one who has to take a sacrifice, since less people would miss her (not everybody may share this logic but it’s what my character would feel). The family member doesn’t need to be featured in the story, I just like this plot device because I prefer to play a girl who’s what most people would understand as a good, sweet person with a tendency to put other’s needs above her own.

The first scene I propose that we could play is before the shooting actually takes place: when she comes for an interview/meeting where the real paperwork will be signed. I think that this scene works best if her state of mind is at a specific “sweet” spot where she’s already had time to wrap her head around the idea that she may have to accept her own death (because it wouldn’t be realistic that she’s able to wrap her head around it in a single meeting) yet she may still have some hope for achieving some small concessions. She may cling to the hope that maybe something a bit less bad than death could be enough for the producers to see the movie as profitable enough, or in the worst case, she’d hope that the way they kill her isn’t too bad---these rather mild hopes can be crushed during the meeting.

So we could say that before the meeting, she has already signed a confidentiality agreement, she already knows the big pill to swallow: that this is for a snuff movie, and she has had several days to digest the idea that in order to save her family member she may have to die, and she’s obviously terrified although at the same time the moral pressure she would feel to save her family member would make it impossible for her to turn around. Any other details about the content of the movie would not have been discussed or settled yet. They are meant to be discussed, agreed and signed during this meeting.

During the meeting there will be some sort of negotiation. She desperately needs $200,000; they want as much profit as possible (much more than $200,000), and it will be more profitable the more humiliating and atrocious it is for her, because that’s what the viewers are paying for. The guy she meets with can tell that she feels an enormous pressure to help her family, and he can exploit that asking for a lot, with a proposal for the agreement that contains something absolutely inhumane for the video. She may desperately try to negotiate it down, but her leverage would be extremely small, since they could just find other young women who are in desperate situations.

Prior to the meeting, she may have been told to come dolled up, since they want to see her body in order to decide the content of the video. She may have to undress partially or totally in front of them before they make their offer for the content of the video, which means that she may remain half-naked during the negotiation.

Eventually she would have to sign something terrible, a document literally accepting inhumane torture on her, pledging to cooperate at any time to make it properly profitable, and renouncing her own life. If she got any small concessions from the original proposal they would be smaller things, or in return for other terrible additions.

I know this sounds like spoilers to some people but a lot of the roleplay for me is about the details so I don’t mind agreeing on these major plot points.

You can play one or two guys representing the company in the meeting. More than that makes it too difficult to play things in detail. It could be a very small company anyway. It’s up to you if you want the same guy(s) to be the ones actually doing the movie in the second scene. In any case, I prefer if the negotiation scene is the first time they meet (before that, maybe all communication has been through someone else in the company).

The second scene we could play would be the shooting of the movie itself, a couple of days later. I just have a couple of remarks about my preferences on this.

I think it’s better if she has to be cooperative during the movie, rather than just tied up from the start. The fact that they have made her cooperate is, in a way, part of the selling value of the movie. It could start with her having to introduce herself to the camera, perhaps explain what will be done to her. Having to be polite and wish the audience a good time seeing her death. Tying up is fine if a point is reached where they need her body to stand upright and she can physically no longer stand up, but not as a method to restrain her from fighting---the whole plot of this story is about making her cooperate in her own destruction, which is an added layer of degradation.

I also prefer if the movie doesn't try to cram too many things, but only a few, which allows us to play each in much more detail. Overall, I don't think the video should contain more than 2-3 tortures or types of damage (but intense ones). Take into account that although most roleplayers heavily warp time, if you are realistic, each minute in the story, played in detail, can take much more than one RL minute to describe/play outside the story. Also, more than 2-3 intense tortures would mean that she's probably not fully conscious by the last ones (I find that a lot of people in snuff roleplays overestimate how much a human being can take while remaining alive or conscious, probably influenced from unrealistic videogames).

A final note on intercourse and genital stuff in general. I am totally fine with including it, but if it takes a disproportionate amount of focus in the story, it becomes unrealistic and repetitive, and it dilutes the story into vanilla porn. I would prefer if there’s only one, intercourse scene, either as part of the movie or during the negotiation, but not extending too much. It can be intense but that’s not the same as taking many turns. The same guy should not fuck more than one hole, and should not take ages to finish. I can consider two intercourse scenes (one during the negotiation, another in the movie) but then it should be in a way that we avoid repetitiveness: different hole in each scene, and as I said, not extending each scene more than a handful of roleplay turns.

There is also the option that her demise is in a different way than a snuff movie. It could be about being snuffed by a client or clients in person, being hunted alive, being consumed for food.... It all works for me, I have written the ad focused on the option about the snuff video because writing about general concepts is more cumbersome. The negotiation scene would still be about the details of what will happen later. However, the same points about not cramming too many things, not disproportionate focus on intercouse, etc, still apply.

If you write me a PM, please include the title of the ad, your preferences and limits.
