It is quite effective for KO as when a girl presses her full weight on my neck ı will usually pass out within 7-8 seconds. In my last session, I told her that she could use feet, in the middle of the session she said I lay down on the floor and stepped on my throat with all her weight like in the picture, the next thing I remember she was looking at me and laughing :)
