Cute Diaper Worldwild Custom Orders
So I recently discovered Cute Diaper Worldwild specifically through their Bluey diapers which are a sort of copy of Luvs Bluey diapers. And I thought of ordering a classic 2010 Luvs design from them. But then I had the thought of trademark infringement. Technically if I paid them to do this they would be infringing on a trademark and I would be an accessory to that infringement and we would both be legally viable. Naturally I don't want that to happen but it makes me wonder how different I would need to make the design in order to not commit trademark infringement. Or is this a complete non issue and these companies aren't interested in suing over this. Because if you look at their website they have a ton of trademarked and copywritten characters, talking Blues Clues, Peppa Pig, Winny the Poo, etc. So maybe the company is small enough that those trademark and copyright holders aren't noticing or don't want to get involved suing an ABDL company and attaching their names to that lawsuit given the stigma around ABDL. I believe it is a chinese company but I'm pretty sure that still makes this illegal. So I just wanted to know, what are peoples' thoughts on this? Because as much as I'd love a sick recreation of the Luvs design I grew up around, it's not worth fines and jail time. But if I can make it a little bit different then I'll 100% do it.
