I’ve just recently started going to “raves”

I’m a big house / tech house / techno fan, I have a mate from work who brought me into the scene properly and he personally has taken substances at these sort of events and still does.

I would like to experience a substance whilst being in that atmosphere but I’m not sure what I should take and how much of it. If anyone could give me a suggestion and advice on how to take it and experience it safely. I would really appreciate it.
