I'm really hesitating about getting a PA, I've been thinking about it for a long time. But is it possible to make one with a foreskin? And does it hurt a lot (I have a lot of piercings, but I don't like pain) ?? How much time until it's healed? And I'm not gonna even think about the moment I have to pull my dick out in front of the piercer
