Process to Start a Debt Contract with Queen Kay

1. Review the contract types below and click the appropriate link
2. Fill out the form in its entirety
3. Send $50 application fee [I will not process your form without the application fee]
4. Approach with AV

Once these four steps are complete, I will review your contract application. From there, I will decide if I want to pursue a contract with you or not, and if I do, I will reach out to negotiate contract terms.

Contract Types

Level 1: Newbie / I'd like to take it slowly

This is a beginner contract for a sub who has never entered a debt contract before and wants to take it slow. Terms are easier to manage and pretty straightforward. Minimal information required.

Level 2: I've done a few / I'd like it to hurt

Have some experience with debt contracts? Or want to be put on a tighter financial leash? Then this is the contract for you. More information required, higher interest, larger principal.

Level 3: Expert / Ruin me financially

This is for someone who craves inescapable financial ruin with interest, taxes, and fees. Requires a lot of information, so you know you can never leave.
