Current update on size in pump and supplement stack

Im now 2months and 8 days into doin PE and i wanted to post this because honestly its what keeps me motivated to keep doin PE. I hit 6.2 in the pump for now 3days in a row, I used to hit 6-6.1. Not much but still progress. Gains are really slow, averaging .1 length and .01 in girth Gains a month. My end goal is to become 8in bpel and 6in girth but id be happy with 7in bpel and 5.5 in girth. im now gonna add supplements to help Gains come in better (not meaning faster but keeping my penis healthy while I make it bigger)

Here are what they are and why

L-Citrulline and L-Arginine- To achieve 100% maximum engorgement. Normal erections don't fill the tunica to its absolute maximum capacity; Citrulline forces more blood in than you could naturally achieve.

Pycnogenol (Pine Bark Extract)- L-Citrulline alone is inefficient. Your body has a bottleneck in converting it to NO.

Multi Collagen Peptides (Types I, II, III, V, X)- The tunica albuginea—the tough sheath you are trying to lengthen and widen—is made of roughly 90% Type I Collagen.

Sodium Ascorbate (Vitamin C)- You can eat all the collagen in the world, but your body cannot assemble it into new tissue without Vitamin C.

Hyaluronic Acid (HA)- Connective tissue can become rigid and "leathery" when placed under constant mechanical stress.

Omega-3 Fish Oil- To lubricate the mechanical stretching process from the inside out.

Magnesium (Glycinate)- To combat "turtling" and pelvic floor fatigue after heavy extending sessions.

Vitamin E- To prevent the micro-tears from turning into dense, inelastic scar tissue.

Zinc & Vitamin D3- Tissue remodeling (cell division) is an incredibly energy-intensive biological process that grinds to a halt if you have micro-deficiencies.

Ive gained .15 in, in length

And. 01 in girth

Total gains

.25 length

.02 girth

Im currently using a ADs(low tension exstenders)in the morning for 2hours pumping at 5InHg 5min on 3min off 7min on 3min off 10min on 10min cock ring.

And at night 3hour ADs and same pump routine.

Currently im 6in length bpel and 5.3in girth

Any tips?

I don't really get any edema and the dark color fades when I wake up, I'm getting no red dots. When 6month hit I'll add soft Clamping and a high tension exstenders
