In the near future a mind altering technology is perfected. A small metal rectangle that when placed behind the ear sends out signals that scramble the natural signals in the brain. All it does when applied to males is introduce a ringing and disorientation with light vertigo, but when it's put on a female it has a much more dramatic impact.
Intelligence drops, attention span lowers, suggestability skyrockets, libido/arousal is altered to stay high regardless of previous conditions, complex thought processing is nearly impossible, willpower and assertiveness are dampened, and the implant instills a submissive obedience.
Essentially when an implant is attached just behind the ear of a woman, after a brief adjustment, she devolves mentally into a dumb bimbo slut. Ready to listen to and follow the next man to come across her.
Immediately these implants were mass produced and attached to women all around the world. The moment a women turns 18 she becomes the plaything of men, mind turned into a horny soup by this new technology.
