Naked at the beach for the first time ever
The beach was almost empty, and the weather was unexpectedly good, so I ended up getting naked on impulse. I didn’t even have a towel with me!

I was a bit rounded as a child, then became very skinny in my tween years and stayed that way until my early-to-mid-twenties. The contrast between my mom telling me I should work out when I was barely ten and people calling me a stick just two years later definitely gave me whiplash when it came to body image. I never truly hated my body, but I wasn’t exactly in love with it either.
These days, I’m much more at peace with it. I appreciate the way it looks, and having the person who regularly sees me naked call me and my body attractive in every possible way has definitely helped my self-esteem.
