Interested to hear people's experience of moving away from ball trap devices.

I don't think I'm going to go the piercing route, so my consideration are for a full belt or a glans trapping, shaft only, device.

I like the idea of total confinement of a full belt, but I imagine it's far from practical.

The glans ring is interesting but I tried a cheap version and it wouldn't stay on so unsure if I'd have any more success spending more.

My current predicament has me secured in a device with a barrel lock to which there are, thanks to various purchases and the 'one key to rule them all' nature of barrel locks, very many keys to my freedom. We have a symbolic key, held in a frame, my KH has one with her house keys, I have one for emergencies, there is another near the shower for cleaning, others, well frankly, could be anywhere.

It is, to be honest, far from secure.

I appreciate pretty much any device is escapable and to a degree this is in itself an honour system, but my KH recently expressed dissatisfaction at the situation and the control that is taken from her.

I began collecting all the various keys, but I suspect there will be others that will continue to show up long into the future.

Now, despite what I said earlier, I gather not all barrel locks accept the same key. In fact, as I was locating keys I found one that didn't fit a lock all the other keys did, so I may have a unique key after all, the hunt may now be focused on finding the lock to which it fits. Assuming the lock is lost, I understand the Burg-Wächter ME/2 is the design in which others barrel locks built and may afford a more unique key (for more than the cost of many devices you'd hope so).

A single may provide greater reassurance to my KH, but introduces challenges having multiple keys avoids.

The biggest, alluded to above, is cleansing. As much as a turn on it would be for all cleaning to be supervised it isn't practical.

What is needed is limited access to the key.

I've seen others use or even build keysafes that can be unlocked via an app but I'm English and Northern and not interested in dropping sizable amounts of cash on something when I believe a cheaper, and more fun, approach is available.

I do quite like the way a barrel lock needs engagement for both unlocking and locking. Padlocks don't require the same; the key isn't needed to lock it.

There is something in my masochist mind that is amused by the thought of having the key to a padlock inaccessible by being secured, by the hole in the key, to the shackle of padlock it unlocks.

That idea resurfaced when thinking about this problem. What if the key to the lock of my cage was on the shackle of a padlock? A padlock that was secured to something, at a height maybe, that would make use of the attached key impossible without unlocking. Access to the key to this second padlock could be made available when required. It could be that the key is hidden and its location be revealed at a specific time.

How then to ensure all is locked back up in a timely fashion? Initially, I imagined a third padlock, however assuming the second padlock has two keys, and the KH retains one, both the key to the cage and the key to the padlock (found for the unlocking) could be attached to the hacked before being locked again. And where to secure this padlock, why not to the cage until the KH removes them‡? Evidence could also be supplied via message and to show that all was completed within the permitted timeframe.

A rather elegant solution, don't you think?

I'm currently experiencing a bout of horniness more intense than I can ever recall. I've been denied longer, but currently 45 days and I can't escape the near constant kinky thoughts and the feeling in my chest is incredible.

Is this just testosterone? I suspect I may have low levels normally; is this what some people, who aren't caged, feel all the time?

Or is it simply mild sleep deprivation? The cage wakes me most nights, despite my best efforts, in one way or another and I'm often not able to return to sleep. I have in the past had more success and adjusted to sleeping whilst caged but this stretch is proving harder.
