Hello! Trying this out because meeting people organically isn’t as easy as it used to be.

A bit about me:

I’m an introvert. It takes me a little time to open up, but I enjoy meaningful conversations once I’m comfortable. I’m into movies, tv shows, follow sports especially cricket and like those random chats that go from “how was your day” to something completely unexpected.

I currently live in Canada, but I’m originally from India. Lately, I’ve had this strange feeling of being in between.. like I don’t fully belong here or there.. Life’s been a bit all over the place, and I guess I’m just looking for someone I can genuinely connect with.

Not looking for anything complicated. Just a real connection.. someone to talk to regularly, share thoughts with, maybe watch something together, and see where it goes naturally.

If you can hold a conversation and won’t disappear after a couple of messages, we’ll get along just fine.

Start with this: what’s your comfort movie or show?

Heya! I don’t really know how to start these, but here goes. I’m 27M and I’ve never really had a proper relationship or that one person I could call mine. Life’s been pretty routine.. work, sleep, repeat, and after a point, it just feels like something’s missing.

I’m more on the introverted side, quiet at first, but I open up once I’m comfortable. I enjoy movies and shows (mostly mystery/thrillers), follow sports, and I’m the kind of person who likes simple things.. talking about the day, sharing random thoughts, or just being there for each other.

I’m not looking for anything complicated or rushed. I’d rather take time, build something genuine, and see where it goes. Ideally, I’m looking for a connection that can turn into a relationship.. something consistent, calm, and real.

I know this subreddit is full of people who feel the same way, so if any of this resonates with you, feel free to reach out.

Start with this: what’s something you’ve been wanting in a connection but haven’t found yet?
