32F, 190lbs, 5'6" mom bod, always self conscious.

I’ve always been the curvy one in a family that struggled with weight. For years I felt insecure about my body and was genuinely terrified of how it would change as I got older. But something shifted when I started choosing body positivity over shame. I’ve gotten noticeably fitter, stronger, and a lot kinder to myself. I stay active because it feels good, not because I’m punishing my body. This is what self-acceptance looks like on me - soft, curvy, and finally at peace.
