304 songs on stage opinion
Ive been liking 304 music lately and my (BIG!) city's rap scene was the most obsolete and irrelevant in Cali, we are now actually starting to have some fame coming to us even some rappers from neighborhoods i grew up in are getting up towards 200kviews/month which i never thought I'd see, and some of these song have good beats/bass and would sound good on stage. Problem being the lyrics. My city only has pimp rap. A lot of rap lyrics in general are wild and I'll like a song but it will have like an atrocious lyric I hope no one listens to/hears lol, but the pimp stuff is different and some songs are obvs worse than others and more along the lines of i smacked that whore and stole all her money while others are more like she loves blue strips she wants Gucci (and have like more lowkey/subliminal hints of a pimp situation) blah blah blah, but idk. I feel lowkey represented with the pleasers on the album covers, SOME of the lyrics and sw culture in general, but idk. Fuck men who take money from sw (pimps and strip club management being white collar pimps at the end of the day) but also my neighborhood🥹 and I do love blue strips🥹 and making money with coochie🥹. Should I just try to use a common sense sliding scale of ambiguity like "she hit the blade, p shit 🟢 sure ; she will suck your penis for $100 and give it all to me 🔴 absolutely not" or do we not like 304 music at all for clubs?
